Get Homeowner Requests
Animalchelsea Plumbing is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with plumbing problems. We link them with independent local providers. If you run a plumbing business, you can ask to join our network.
This is not a job with Animalchelsea Plumbing. You stay independent. You run your own business, set your own prices and do your own work.
Who We Look For
We want providers who work in these areas:
- Emergency plumbing
- Sewer line repair
- Drain cleaning and blocked pipe services
You should serve Overland Park, KS or somewhere in the Overland Park area. Small firms and larger shops are both welcome.
What We Expect
Homeowners are often stressed when they reach out. We ask that every provider treats them with care.
- Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
- Pick up requests and reply in a timely way
- Give a clear quote in writing before work starts
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Do the job right and keep records of the repair
- Be honest about what you can and cannot do
We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide costs. A sound repair protects the home and its value. That is the standard we care about.
What You Should Know
Providers may pay for the requests they receive. Details are shared when you apply. We do not promise a set number of requests or any level of income. Demand changes with the season and the weather.
You decide which jobs to take. You are responsible for your own work, your own crew and your own pricing.
